civil engineering is a wholly indigenous firm, owned and managed by a group of
young and resourceful professionals. MDS is a full survey firm. We are licensed
survey and development Consultancy Company specializing in both cadastral land
survey and construction survey projects throughout Kaduna and Abuja. The firm
was established in 2006 and has since developed a rapidly growing client base
including Large Scale Construction Companies, Government Councils, Architects,
Builders, Engineers, Construction Managers, Lot Owners, Property Developers and
Building Designers. From this client base, MDS Land Surveyors has developed a
sound reputation in the industry which has resulted in the commission of an
increasing number of large scale projects.

engineering was incorporated under the companies and allied matters decree of
1980 with a commitment to providing efficient services to its clients with a
staff of highly qualified and resourceful personnel. MDS has provided services
in various phases of the project cycle from conception, planning, design,
supervision of project implementation.

5.1 Staff
Capacity
MDS Civil and Engineering’s current staff consists of six
surveyors, four survey technicians, CAD operators, chainman and office
administration equipped by the latest technology in TPS, GNSS and hydrographic
surveying systems. Our satellite offices allow us to utilize further staff and
technical resources should they be required, ensuring our large scale projects
are adequately resourced during peak demand. MDS Surveying can Project Manage
further technical and advisory requirements through trusted Engineers, Planners
and Ecologists working within our professional association.
